- Assist in daily quality checks on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods and related activities.
- Assist in investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions.
- Support Product Verification Program (PVP) and feedback on opportunity of improvement to the team.
- Support in GMP, internal audits and assist in preparing documentations.
- Help maintain and update quality documentation, including SOPs, checklists, and inspection records.
- Collaborate with Production and Warehouse teams to ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) are followed.
- Support the QA team in data collection and analysis for continuous improvement initiatives related to Food Safety and Quality.
- Assist on laboratory operation optimization
- Support the quality standards development of the department
- Provides assistance to QA department with any special projects
- Data entry and support on other tasks assigned
- Academic Program: You are enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Nutrition, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent.
- Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English - Having some similar hands-on experience with food research activities is always a benefit.
- Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship.
- Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week.
