- Develop multi-year infrastructure strategies in alignment with national plans.
- Convert federal and state objectives into actionable sectoral plans.
- Liaise with ministries and regulators on approvals, incentives, and investment policies.
- Represent company in national and regional infrastructure forums.
- Oversee PPP, BOOT, and concession models to drive project delivery and sustainability.
- Manage financial modeling, risk assessment structures, and donor relations.
- Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, including finance, legal, and planning functions.
- Improve internal frameworks for project risk, reporting, and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Infrastructure Planning, or a related field; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- At least 15–20 years in senior infrastructure leadership positions, demonstrating proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
- Must possess strong technical, commercial, and policy knowledge spanning energy, water, and utilities.
- Prior exposure to PPP/concession frameworks and donor engagement will be an advantage.
- Strong capability in project planning, cross-sector coordination, and proposal development, with exposure to investment support activities.
- Solid foundation in financial appraisal, risk assessment, and performance reporting.
- Ability to engage with regulators and interpret policies, with working knowledge of PPP and concession frameworks.
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and multi-stakeholder coordination, with sensitivity to diverse interests.
- Proven strategic awareness and systems thinking in managing complex projects and organizational priorities.
- Experience or potential in team management, coaching, and fostering collaboration across functions.
- High level of ownership, results orientation, integrity, and professionalism, especially under pressure.
