• Passion for content creation, marketing and sales, with a drive to achieve success in online platforms.
• Proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese; strong copywriting skills will be an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent service orientation and teamwork skills, with the ability to quickly learn our products.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to resolve work challenges efficiently.
• Good time management, positive work attitude, and willingness to put in hard work.

• Coordinate and create content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent style and brand messaging.
• Produce a minimum of 3 high-quality creative content pieces daily (social media posts, visuals, short videos, or copywriting).
• Create and edit content, including basic design tasks (visuals, posters, covers).

• Assist in planning monthly marketing activities, including promotions and advertising campaigns.
• Manage advertising platforms; monitor, analyse, and optimize ad performance to achieve KPIs.
• Identify potential issues, propose solutions, and follow up on execution.
• Provide timely data analysis and progress reports, sharing solution-oriented insights with the team.
