An International Company is Looking for a Finance Analyst to Join its Business (Based in Klang) Your new company This international company is a service-based organisation that supports businesses by managing reusable operational assets to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen supply-chain performance. Your new role As the Finance Analyst, you will need to: Conducts comprehensive cost analysis across repairs, raw materials, transport, plant operations and CAPEX, while identifying optimisation opportunities and improving data granularity. Develops business cases and financial models for new projects, evaluates supply-chain contracts, and performs post-investment reviews to measure returns. Leads financial planning and forecasting for direct costs, delivering accurate projections, insightful variance analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations. Manages month end closing and reporting, ensuring timely, structured outputs that clearly communicate performance drivers, cost-saving progress and required metrics for transformation initiatives. Collaborates closely with stakeholders across finance and non finance teams to gather assumptions, validate inputs, support decision making, and ensure reporting meets business needs. What you'll need to succeed Brings 3-5 years of relevant experience, consistently delivering outputs according to structured workplans and tight deadlines. Skilled in extracting and transforming data from ERP and BW systems, turning raw data into meaningful formats for reporting and analysis. Demonstrates strong analytical capability, with a track record of producing insights that directly support and enhance decision-making. Works effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, providing support, gathering inputs, and ensuring alignment across teams. Possesses solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to accurate planning cycles. Proactively challenges the status quo, seeking improvements that lead to better outcomes and stronger business impact.
