Youll work with a highly skilled team to deliver agile proof-of-value experiments and maintain production-ready systemsboth on-premises and in the cloud.This is a brand-new role designed to enhance the teams capabilities in Machine Learning, AI, and Data Science, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to drive data-driven decisions and predictive insights.Key Responsibilities:Design and build scalable data pipelines in AzureBuild and deploy ML models, statistical algorithms, and real-time data solutionsExtract, clean, and transform data from hybrid data sources (open and closed)Apply machine learning libraries and advanced statistical techniquesCreate ingestion scripts using pySpark and work with Parquet/Delta formatsCollaborate with stakeholders and lead data workshopsVisualize insights using Power BIContribute to the full ML lifecycle with best development practicesRequired Skills & Experience:Strong expertise in Azure: Synapse, ADX, ADF, Event Hubs, Data LakeHands-on coding: Python, pySparkFamiliarity with Parquet, Delta ParquetExperience with SQL/NoSQL, Data Architecture & ModellingUnderstanding of DevOps / ML-Ops pipelinesProven knowledge of ML algorithms, statistical models, and hypothesis testingExposure to AzureML, Microsoft FabricGood development practices: OOP, OOD, SOLID principlesMSc in Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
