????: PENANG OR SEPANG (2 open vacant) Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Profitability Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales initiatives to achieve targets. Analyse sales performance and control expenses to maximise profitability. Plan and adjust staff rosters to ensure optimal floor coverage and cost efficiency. 2. Customer Experience Lead the team to deliver a WOW customer service experience. Provide ongoing coaching on service standards, selling techniques, and product knowledge. 3. Store Operations Oversee opening and closing procedures in line with company SOPs. Ensure high standards of store upkeep, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Maintain stock integrity with regular inventory counts and loss prevention practices. 4. Team Leadership & Development Recruit and onboard front-line staff in collaboration with HR. Conduct performance appraisals and support team members' growth through coaching and accountability. Mentor Assistant Store Managers and Supervisors to strengthen leadership across the team. Requirements: Minimum of SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent in any field. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage. Proven experience in retail sales and team management (5 years preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Background in fashion retail is preferred. Show more Show less
