- Coordinate and manage pre-offer checks (pre-employment medical checks and background screenings) by liaising with vendors, verifying candidate information, tracking progress, maintaining records, and escalating discrepancies to ensure compliance with hiring standards.
- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process by ensuring timely submission of documents, coordinating induction sessions, and arranging necessary system access for new joiners.
- Serve as the main point of contact to guide and assist new hires, addressing queries and providing support on their first day.
- Track and monitor onboarding progress, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless transition into the company.
- Manage and process various recruitment-related payments, including buy-out, pre-employment medical check-ups, background checks, and recruitment initiatives, by ensuring accurate details, proper documentation, and timely coordination with Finance, Procurement, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records, track expenses, and prepare periodic reports to ensure compliance with policies and smooth payment processing across all Business Units.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with external stakeholder (suppliers, vendors, communities, etc.) and internal stakeholder (hiring managers, HR Business Partner, etc.) to help sustain smooth operations from mutual trust, as well as enhance business integrity and opportunities.
- Respond to general inquiries from stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates, while maintaining regular communication with candidates, recruiters, HRBP teams, and managers at all levels regarding recruitment-related matters.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related course.
- Internship or prior experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
