Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role
  • Leads the project team to achieve the organization’s high performance objectives in terms of cost, quality, speed, stability, synchronization and innovation in the domain of technology development
  • Focus on seamless transition from development to ramp-up.
  • Ensures the success of the assigned project and works with all stakeholders to ensure the key requirements of Time, Cost and Performance (Milestones) are met.
  • Interact with remote technology development and product development to achieve the required target performance of the technologies in development.
Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience and additional experience in working on projects
  • Experience with Wafer Fab and Micro electro mechanical Systems (MEMS)would be highly appreciated.
  • Project management certification PMP or IPMA C will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent Project Management software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively
  • Good team player and ability to lead a team, when needed
  • Willing to travel on project assignments and business trips
