Responsibilities To lead preparation and execution of construction work packs ensuring readiness for field execution and efficient project implementation. Lead development and management of work packs. Ensure technical completeness before site execution. Coordinate engineering, materials, and construction inputs. Review drawings, procedures, and execution plans. Support construction sequencing and planning activities. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Minimum 15 years oil & gas experience. Minimum 7 years as Work Pack Team Leader. Strong knowledge of offshore construction specifications.
