  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative or data-centric roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal command of Malay and English
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
TanggungjawabROLE OVERVIEWAs an Admin Executive (Data Processing), you'll handle critical data tasks-primarily XML tagging and bilingual data management-to ensure our solutions remain accurate, up-to-date and client-ready. You'll collaborate closely with IT and QA teams, and have clear pathways to step up as a Team Lead.KEY ROLE
  • Tag, validate and categorize XML datasets according to project guidelines
  • Process, translate and verify data in both Malay and English
  • Maintain documentation of workflows, standard operating procedures and data dictionaries
  • Provide administrative support: scheduling, filing, correspondence and meeting coordination
  • Prepare status reports and raise issues to supervisors in a timely manner
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
  • Mentor junior staff as you grow toward a team leadership role
