Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Trust & Safety, specifically handling CSAM/CSEM, child exploitation, or high-risk escalations. Must have experience as a decision-maker (e.g., handling appeals, complex investigations, or QA) rather than frontline content moderation. English Proficiency: C1 level (written and verbal).
