Job Summary :To assist Branch Manager in implementing branch salesstrategies to achieve branch's sales objectives & goals.Job Description:
  • Established initiatives to meet Sales Strategies
  • Ensure business retention
  • New Business Development
  • Organic growth from existing agents & customers
  • Continuous recruitment of new agents
  • Full responsibility of credit control & premium collection
  • Provide training to agents and other intermediaries
  • Constant social engagement with corporate clients
  • To conduct risks inspection before acceptance
  • To accept & underwrite risks within authority limit & guidelines
  • Obtain market intelligent
  • Work with customer on risk management
  • To adhere to AMLA provision & other relevant compliance matters pertaining to OACM & the Great Eastern Group policies & be vigilant to uphold these in the discharge of any duties Other related description that related to the functional role as marketing
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Good communication skills
