• Identify focus areas and lead strategic discussions to drive projects that support the BD team's business growth and objectives. .
• Collaborate with other departments to drive process improvements to streamline workflows and elevate the merchant experience for the BD team.
• Lead coordination with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Budget, Ops) to align commercial goals and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
• Involved in end-to-end BD operations, including menu and campaign setup, POSM distributions, onboarding submissions, device tracking, and weekly KPI reporting.
• Resolve key operational issues through root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting to support commercial performance tracking and decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in any field (experience in e-commerce or food delivery industry is an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Innovative and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
• A team player with strong work ethics and the motivation to consistently exceed KPIs.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in other languages such as Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin is an added advantage.
