- Support in the implementation of efficient and effective warehouse management, ensure it achieves the Company’s sales target, inventory cost control, maximize the utilization of run time and manpower requirement.
- Optimize use of floor layout and ensure efficient warehouse space utilization.
- Manage receiving and deliveries and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Responsible for stock count and variance report to feedback to the management with constructive reaction to reduce recurring variance.
- Ensure all warehouse and logistics documentation and reports are timely and accurate.
- Responsible for transport management to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Set KPI and goals for the team with monitoring mechanism in place to measure their performance periodically.
- Ensure training & development goal is implemented as per Training Plan.
- Ensure customer complaints are handled professionally with speedy action.
- To manage operating costs and continuously look for improvement where costs can be reduced while productivity increased.
- Compliance to all regulatory procedures in preparation for ISO 9001 & GDPMD audits.
- Back-up to Warehouse Manager in his/her absence.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
- Degree holder in any discipline or diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Ability to plan, organize, lead and manage a team.
- Good leadership to bring the team to greater heights.
- Strong knowledge, able to tackle problems and make quick and appropriate decisions.
- Good strategic plan in operations & business.
- Mentoring and motivating skill.
