Location: Work from home/ Work in Nilai Office (Accessible by Public Transport) Near KTM Batang Benar 7KMRESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain stock card (stock in & stock out)-Pancarmart and companyCheck bank transaction when neededCheck TNG, Payex, Atome transaction when neededUpdate orders to Pancarmart when neededPrepare stock out estimation, packaging checklist, checklist for PancartSend out stock to Pancarmart every monthKey in invoices, expenses & purchases for everydayPrepare monthly sales report and monthly salesman reportPrepare sales report and Profit & Loss for events when neededCalculate commission system (personal & group) and prepare the reportResponsible for calling customers to request payment when neededAssist sales team on customer payment issues when neededPrepare the parcel for customer and follow up the parcel delivery status when neededPrepare the company internal transfer noteHandle the recruitment process- posting job vacancy, shortlist candidates (follow up candidates)Prepare monthly performance point reportPrepare Mr.Raymond's performance point template 1st of every month and send to him.Work at the command of the chief from time to timeREQUIREMENTS:Min diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Required languages: English and MandarinMust possess Own TransportWillingness to learn, pleasant attitude, good work ethics and a great team player.Good communication and time management skills.Joined 5 years agoHR ConsultingRM600 / mo.
