- Working directly with customers on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
- Maintaining and developing new and existing Incora customers through professional and appropriate sales methods.
- Sourcing products when necessary, based on Incora’s best practices.
- Ensuring customer approvals and quality requirements are adhered to.
- Understanding and follow export compliance requirements.
- Understanding and utilizing the ERP systems and Incora Intranet to effectively perform job functions.
- Providing support and assistance to Sales Branches, Internal Sales, Corporate Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Finance and other departments as needed to resolve sales related efforts.
- Working in close collaboration with the commercial and Business development team on new or contractual opportunities.
- Learning to recognise when negotiation may produce sales opportunities and develop effective negotiation skills.
- Participating in and practice continuous improvement and/or process improvement efforts.
- Degree level education
- Experience in a similar role in sales
- Fluent in English
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to build effective customer relationships
- Ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth account research, if required
