This role offers hands-on exposure to how retail businesses operate behind the scenes - from inventory planning to merchandising coordination and project execution across stores.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate data entry and maintain records for sales, inventory, and operationsTrack and monitor stock movements, including stock in/out and transfersWork closely with merchandisers to support timely stock replenishment across storesAssist in maintaining optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situationsSupport execution of retail initiatives such as promotions, campaigns, and brand collaborationsCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project executionProvide administrative and operational support to the retail team as neededAbout YouCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Logistics, or related fieldsDetail-oriented with strong organisational and coordination skillsComfortable working with MS Word and Excel.Good communication skills and able to work with different teams
