- Hunt for new business in government, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Present full IoT systems including sensor hardware and data platform linkage.
- Build strong networks with Architects, Contractors, and Interior Designers.
- Lead and mentor a small team of sales executives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial tender to final installation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Target refurbishment projects (A&A) for modern technology upgrades.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- At least 2 years of B2B project sales experience in building materials or construction.
- Proven ability to hunt for new leads and close high-value deals.
- Comfortable presenting technical hardware and software solutions.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
