Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaking) Location: Work from Home (First 6 months) Relocate to Johor, Malaysia after 6 months Company: TP (Teleperformance) Malaysia Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Malaysia. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats , providing excellent support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers. Record and update customer information in the system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service. Requirements: Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken). Good command of English for internal communication. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while meeting performance targets. Willingness to work from home for the first 6 months and relocate to Johor thereafter. Open to working on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays .
