The construction has begun in May 2021 and first series of production to commence in 2023. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch's Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics' fab in Dresden, Germany. Engage in HSE inspections and audits to ensure compliance with applicable HSE legislation & other requirements.
Assist in organizing HSE activities.
Assist in conducting HSE induction training and contractor orientation program.
Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating Company HSE document and records as required by applicable HSE legislation & other requirements, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 4500:2018.
Assist in risk assessment across the Company to ensure actions taken to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

Candidate pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Health, Safety & Environment or Occupational Safety & Health
Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Malay
Able to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision.
Good organizational, time management skills and attention to detail.
Meticulous, analytical and result oriented.
