Job Responsibility Attending to general administration tasks associated with records management including filing Administrative support for the training team Reception duties, as required Trainee database/Records administration and reporting Ensuring trainee data entry is timely and accurate Interrogating database and trainee files as required Maintaining processes related to database administration systems Monitoring and maintenance of IT systems Website and document control Providing clear and accurate information and advice as appropriate regarding trainees, trainee applicants by telephone and/or in writing Providing administration support to training team including event coordination as required Set up and maintenance of general office management systems, including filing systems and databases Taking the initiative to meet and exceed the needs of the customer Promote training to clients Keeping the client informed of progress Following through on actions and queries Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a minimum of SPM or A- Levels Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia At least 1 year of working experience Computer literate Pleasant, outgoing and mature personality Malaysian Citizens Training will be provided Own Transports Able to work independently Job Benefits Great career pathway Team oriented company Growing company, fast promotion
