- Create, develop and enhance a suite of visualization reports using PowerBI for executive and services sales leadership.
- Leverage modern BI tools to extract and manipulate data from a variety of diverse sources.
- Document data models, create measures, and infrastructure as they are developed.
- Perform analysis on datasets to understand data structure and possible visuals to answer business questions.
- Work as part of a larger sales operations team partaking in collaboration and assisting others when needed.
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the Services Sales planning and reporting efforts.
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of reports and other intelligence essential to Services Sales. Recommends revisions to existing reports and develops new reports/analyses as required.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve overall operations reporting processes.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
- Degree in IT or related discipline.
- Five to Eight years of relevant experience in data analysis using PowerBI application for data visualization and reporting.
- Requires the ability to communicate and present effectively to all levels of external and/or internal leadership, including a strong executive presence
- Must have strong experience in writing SQL Queries & SQL Server.
- Experience in data driven business insight & recommendations, business analytics, dashboard design experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
