- Act as the foundational hire for a newly established Shared Services setup, supporting the centralisation of payroll and HR operations
- Own payroll input consolidation, HR data management, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, governance, and timely delivery
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and external payroll vendors to manage payroll execution, data flows, and operational issue resolution
- Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding, maintaining high data integrity across systems
- Support process review, standardisation, system testing, and reduction of manual work within SuccessFactors, starting with Malaysia and Singapore
- A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience across HR operations and payroll, ideally within a Shared Services or centralised HR environment
- Proven exposure managing end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
- Strong payroll operations expertise, including hands‑on coordination with external payroll vendors
- Experience working in or leading small, lean HR operations teams, with comfort operating hands‑on
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems, with SAP SuccessFactors exposure preferred
- A structured and detail‑oriented working style suited to building processes from the ground up
- Strong English communication skills to effectively engage regional stakeholders
