- Support Service arrangement to carry out training
- Provide guidance and views in support of opportunities for new work streams
- Review and verification of technical reports
- Other tasks assigned by superior
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferable experienced in semiconductor machinery servicing environment (die sorter, pick & place process, vision inspection, robot handling)
- Fulfill customer service support requirements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to instructions and guidance provided by team leaders and supervisors.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required
