Job Summary:** As a Personal Financial Consultant at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions to individual clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through a range of banking products and services. Job Responsibilities:** Proactively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their financial needs, objectives, and risk appetite. Conduct thorough financial needs analysis, including investment, insurance, savings, and loan requirements. Develop and present tailored financial plans and recommendations to clients, covering a spectrum of RHB Bank's products such as deposits, loans, credit cards, unit trusts, insurance, and wealth management solutions. Educate clients on various financial products and services, ensuring they make informed decisions. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, reviews, and exceptional customer service. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch/team performance. Stay updated with market trends, financial regulations, and new product offerings. Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments within the bank to provide holistic financial solutions to clients. Handle client queries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support effectively. Job Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and loans. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Possess relevant financial certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CEILI) are highly advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for finance and sales are encouraged to apply.
