- Responsible for the overall strategy in managing and operating the client's district and its common infrastructure are compliant with CEA requirements in relation to the responsibility for provision of common estate services.
- Responsible for managing vendor-specific hard and soft services, traffic management, security, pest control etc. Vendor management is the primary responsibility, in alignment with the client's facility maintenance strategies.
- Responsible for overall site management and act as the de facto superior for all Managers, Executives, Supervisors and Technicians by providing senior operational leadership that supports business sustainability and growth.
- Ensure effective site management that supports prompt certified work completion that in turns ensure finance scheduled and non-scheduled billing are on track.
- Ensure all resources i.e. human, financial, etc. are managed within the policies and procedures of the Client and Edgenta GreenTech Sdn Bhd.
- To ensure all necessary permits, certification and permissions required for the common estate services and operations are obtained accordingly.
- Take part and support in Special Project/Technical, Business Sustainability & Business Growth unit for proposal preparation (commercial scope) that ensure continuous contract renewal & major variation order issuance which support customer retention and business continuity.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for the company.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in assets & facilities management. Candidates with experience in mixed development, high profile clients and tenants or flagship retail franchises will be of add advantage.
- Experience in lease management is a must.
- Minimum Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications from accredited and recognized academic institutions by the Malaysia Government.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills with proven track record.
- Exposure in critical engineering practices, organizational savvy, team leadership and ability to identify and manage variation in metrics.
