Specialist, Product Development & Platform

• Focusing on the development & management of B2B products & platforms, with emphasis on technical excellence & innovation while ensuring robust, scalable solutions.

• Define business & functional requirements, convey & analyze requirements to ensure they are feasible and meeting business requirements, overall company strategy and directions
• Manages end-to-end delivery projects with cross-functional teams, covering requirement definition, feasibility study, scoping, design implementation, testing and roll out
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Coordinate and collaborate with all internal stakeholders & external parties to ensure delivery and achievement of intended results
• Project updates such as status and issues / resolutions / risk
• Design reports and business analysis for use throughout the department

• 4-8 years relevant experience, ideally in telco or technology companies
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business / Management or equivalent
• Experience in managing projects with moving pieces
• Successful delivery of projects, covering entire spectrum of product lifecycle
• Effectively managing project team, consisting of internal & external resources
• Good balance of business sense & analytical mindset; able to plan the business & technical requirements for current & future product roadmap
• Ability to evaluate & understand product requirements, and translate them into detailed requirement document
• Effectively managing project exceptions & introduce mitigation steps on timely basis
• Self-motivated & able to work under pressure
• Quality champion mindset, aiming to integrate & maximize team efforts, enhancing depth of product knowledge, all via regular meetings & communication sessions
