Team Leader - Call Center (Japanese Speaker) Location: Cyberjaya Hours: 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM (Rotational) Start: ASAP (Buyout ok - 1 month) About the Role Supervise a team of call center associates. Coach, motivate, and drive performance to meet KPIs. What You'll Do Coach and monitor team performance Handle escalations and resolve issues Conduct team meetings and provide feedback Ensure KPIs and service targets are met Requirements Japanese: Native (must be in Japan now) OR Non-native with JLPT N1/N2 2-3 years Team Leader experience in call center Sales background preferred Associate's degree or equivalent Strong coaching, communication, and multitasking skills
