As part of our expansion and commitment to attracting top talent, we are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition professional to lead our recruitment strategies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all business units, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels. Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and align recruitment plans with business objectives. Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen our position as an employer of choice. Oversee and guide the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and maintain operational excellence. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies. Requirements: Bachelor&aposs Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. At least 6 years of experience including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team lead role (Manager) and 9 years of progressive recruitment experience (Senior Manager), preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Proven leadership skills with experience managing recruitment teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability.
