Life Sciences - Application - Junior Specialist

• Assists in conducting instrument installation or refresher training.

• Provides technical support and feed back to any problems encountered by customers.

• Assists in conducting courses/ seminars /workshop on life science products.

• Assists sales/marketing team in conducting sales marketing related activities, such as product demonstration, trade show, user group meetings etc.

• Provides regular feedback and reports on market and competitive situations to Sales Managers/Product Support Manager.

• Prepares weekly activities report to Product Support Manager.

• Complies with ISO quality management system requirement.

• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required from the Superior from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or a related life sciences field, with a strong understanding of hematology and laboratory sciences.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within a clinical institution or university.

• Familiarity with clinical diagnostic tests and cell analysis is an added advantage.

• Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer service.

• Proficient in effective communication, both verbal and written.

• Skilled in report writing and analysis.

• Willing to travel and possesses own transportation (mandatory).
