Key Responsibilities Driving Retail Sales Performance Develop and execute sales plans based on market trends to achieve unit and financial targets. Set and monitor individual targets for the sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure success. Emphasize customer satisfaction, effective strategies to boost sales while countering competitor efforts. Generate accurate sales reports and address customer issues to prevent loss of sales. Achieving Financial Goals Plan annual sales targets to align with budgeted profitability goals. Control team pricing strategies, discount, and offers to optimize revenue. Manage expenses within the budget and oversee debt collection to prevent outstanding payments exceeding 60 days. Customer Satisfaction Excellent Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) levels through team forums and best practices. Collect, analyze and act on CSI feedback, reporting negative cases for timely resolution. Your Profile Minimum 3-5 years in automotive sales management or similar role. In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, marker trends, and competitor strategies. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
