- Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, automation, and project engineering functions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to production efficiency, energy savings, waste reduction, and equipment uptime.
- Oversee process improvement and optimization for dipping lines, heating systems, chemical delivery systems, and drying tunnels.
- Plan and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects including equipment upgrades, automation systems, and facility expansions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, particularly in relation to thermal equipment and chemical handling systems.
- Collaborate closely with production, R&D, QA, and maintenance to support product quality and operational excellence.
- Develop SOPs, engineering documentation, risk assessments, and equipment calibration programs.
- Lead root cause analysis and reliability programs for recurring equipment or process issues.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence and mentor the technical team for long-term talent development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in high-volume, process-oriented manufacturing industries.
- At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial engineering role.
- Proven experience with continuous production lines, thermal systems, automation (PLC/SCADA), and fluid/chemical systems.
- Strong understanding of OEE, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Effective communicator with strong project management and leadership skills.
- Hands-on, analytical, and solution-driven mindset.
