Account Executive

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience.
• Computer literate (MS Office & Excel).
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an addedd advantage.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to work under pressure and independently, plan, coordinate, execute and porpose effective daily task with all departments.
• Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
• Must willing to work in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.

• Involve in the daily operation of the accounts department.
• Maintain and handle Sales Motor vehicle accounts receivable & accounts payable function.
• Prepare payment couchers, floor stocking drawdown, prepayment, settlement.
• Issue official receipt with proof payment.
• Prepare sales monthly closing stock report.
• Responsible for accurate and timely month end closing for accounts, submission of management reports and variance analysis.
• Able to submit claim and manage submission of report to superior on a timely basis.
• Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial and Company documents.
• To perform any other ad-hoc related jobs from time to time as assigned by superior.
