Junior Finance Executive (6-Month Contract)

• Verify and enter supplier invoices into the ERP/accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all supplier invoices receive proper approval before being entered into the system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment schedules.
• Perform accounts reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain proper filing and archiving of accounting records to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Support the finance team with any other ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA are an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail and results orientation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
