- 3-5 years of relevant experience (multi-entity or cross-border exposure is an advantage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independently handle full sets of accounts and monthly closing.
- Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and supporting schedules.
- Review and verify accounting entries and supporting documents.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Guide and support junior colleagues in daily accounting tasks.
- Participate in improvements to accounting processes and systems.
- Support year-end reporting and coordination with external parties when required.
