  • Position: HR Executive,Training and Recruitment.
  • Salary: RM 3000-4000.
  • Job location: Kuala Lumpur-city center.
  • Working hours: 8.30 am-5.30 pm (Monday-Friday).
Chrisjac is collaborating with a well established Public listed company in search of a true HR professional to assume the role of Executive-managing Training & recruitment portfolio within the organization in KL. Our this corporate client is a public listed company, comprising a group of established companies engaged in diverse business mainly in general insurance, financial and IT services.
This is a permanent full-time position which will be based at their corporate head office in Kuala Lumpur.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced full function of HR and administration officer to play a pivotal part and stamp your mark and be instrumental to developing company policies and procedures in terms of general HR administration.
The role/job
To be considered for this role, aspiring candidate will need to have full function experience of HR administration portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities:
·Overall responsible for training (in-house program) and recruitment administration activities.
·Manage the new starters, leavers and contract changes.
·Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with HR department requirements and in line with current legislation and company policy.
·Assist in monitoring relevant employees attendance, absence and performance data.
·Maintain accurate files-notes and regular report updates.
·Under the instructions of senior Manager, provide guidance and practical assistance to carry out performance management tasks, such as appraisals, disciplines.
The candidate
To be successful in this challenging role, you must possess the following traits:
·Malaysians preferably in age group 28-38.
·Diploma or degree qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.
·A good 3-4 years of HR experience in managing training and recruitment activities.
·Knowledge of current legislation relating to human resource management.
·Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English a prerequisite.
·Be willing to work in KL city center.
