- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a business-related major;
- At least five years of relevant work experience with a professional appearance;
- Proficient in using office software;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, motivated, with strong learning ability, communication skills, and execution ability;
- Strong team player with good professional ethics and ability to handle work pressure;
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin as a working language is a plus.
- Responsible for business coordination with end users regarding supply and installation contracts, including but not limited to contract drafting and signing, invoicing and payment collection, and customs clearance of imported equipment (in coordination with outsourced import/export companies);
- Responsible for reviewing and revising company project bids and business quotations;
- Coordinate with the procurement and project departments according to the supply and installation contract requirements to monitor project progress;
- Coordinate with branch offices or cross-department teams to ensure proper execution of project contracts and timely feedback on issues;
- Responsible for all kinds of business coordination and reception with clients;
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
