- Support the creation of sales enablement materials such as playbooks, training decks, and call guides
- Analyse sales performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Observe sales workflows and contribute ideas to strengthen consultative selling approaches
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal training sessions or workshops
- Review customer interactions to identify common issues, friction points, and service gaps
- Support tracking of key service metrics such as response time, resolution time, and CSAT
- Participate in quality assurance activities to understand service standards
- Contribute ideas to improve the end‑to‑end customer experience
- Analyse data to generate insights that support better decision‑making
- Assist in documenting processes and identifying inefficiencies
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Proactively suggest improvements to workflows, tools, and collaboration
- Exposure to real‑world business operations and cross‑functional teams
- Hands‑on experience in analysis, problem‑solving, and process improvement
- Practical understanding of customer experience and commercial strategies

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable translating observations into structured ideas and insights
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools is a plus
