Responsibilities Monitor and managing Power Platform support tickets to ensure optimal service. Assist in go-live and conversion planning, go-live activities and turnover to production support ensuring that new associated processes and workflow are identified, documented and disseminated to the team. Education Bachelor's degree Information Technology/Systems, or Engineering or Business-related degree majoring in computing systems Experience More than 7 years in IT Service delivery of applications (preferably with exposure to Microsoft related system/applications). Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI (good to have). A clear understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods. Proficient creating PowerShell scripts. Knowledge of PowerApps and Flow licensing plans and features included in different plans. Strong .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem. Prior experience with SOA/web services design and programming; experience with SharePoint 2016, ASP.NET MVC and JavaScript Good computer skills to support quality service delivery (i.e. strong knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodology) Good resource planning skills, excellent leadership and customer service skills. Strong teamwork skills and attention to details. Experience in DevOps tool such as MS Azure DevOps will be advantageous. Practical Skills/Abilities Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences. Experience in customer service, leadership and business support will be advantageous.
