Account Assistant

• Understands debit/credit, account types, and general ledger principles
• Familiar with Excel and accounting software (AutoCount, SQL, etc.)
• Able to work accurately with financial data
• Able to meet deadlines (e.g. month-end closing, payment schedules)
• Works well with finance team and other departments

• Invoice and Document Handling
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers
• Receive and verify supplier/vendor invoices
• Match invoices to purchase orders (POs) and delivery receipts
• Data Entry and Accounting System Updates
• Enter financial transactions into accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, SQL)
• Maintain accurate records for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Assist in preparing journal entries and ledger updates
• Accounts Payable / Receivable (AP/AR) Management
• Track and follow up on customer payments (AR)
• Assist process supplier payments (AP)
• Perform account reconciliations (e.g. bank statements, supplier/customer accounts)
• Help prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Organize and maintain accounting files and documents
• General Finance and Admin Support
