- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of B2B events, including industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer meetups, and proprietary forums
- Manage all event logistics and operations, including venue sourcing, vendor and agency management, contract negotiations, budgets, run sheets, and on-site coordination
- Deliver consistent, high-quality brand experiences across all event touchpoints, including content, speakers, production, and visual identity
- Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Customer teams to align events with pipeline, revenue, and account-based marketing objectives
- Collaborate with Demand and Growth Marketing teams to drive registrations, qualified leads, and measurable ROI from event programs
- Support field marketing initiatives tied to regional sales priorities and strategic accounts
- Manage multiple concurrent events and timelines, ensuring flawless delivery under tight deadlines
- Track and report on event performance, including attendance, lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI
- Capture post-event insights and feedback, translating learnings into clear recommendations to continuously improve future programs
- Proven experience in events or field marketing, ideally within tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environments
- Strong track record delivering B2B events, such as executive breakfasts, customer roundtables, launch events, and industry forums
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating cross-functionally
- High attention to detail and a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and reporting to evaluate event performance and ROI
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
