- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all sales channels.
- Manage and develop the commercial sales team including onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Own agent acquisition strategy and activation pipeline.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing and yield strategy.
- Report directly to Director of Strategy and Commercial.
- Minimum 5 years in OTA, travel, or B2B sales leadership.
- Proven track record managing teams of 5 or more.
- Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision making.
- Experience in GDS or airline distribution is an advantage.
