Senior Manager – Highway Division

• Develop feasibility studies, design concepts, and preliminary engineering designs.
• Create detailed engineering designs for roads and highways, including specifications, bills of quantities, and schedules.
• Conduct design calculations in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
• Prepare comprehensive tender documents, including specifications and bills of quantities.
• Provide recommendations to clients through thorough tender evaluation reports.
• Oversee contract administration, including reviewing contractor submissions, preparing progress payment certificates, and addressing variations and contractual disputes.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare consultancy expressions of interest and proposals.
• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts to secure projects.
• Prepare cost estimates and actively participate in internal and external design team coordination.
• Liaise with relevant authorities for approvals and submissions.
• Conduct site supervision to ensure compliance with contract documentation and engineering best practices.
• Engage in company activities, including corporate social responsibility initiatives.

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM).
• Registered Professional Engineer with BEM.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in a consultancy environment.
• Ability to work independently on typical types and sizes of projects involving road/highway geometric design, road furniture, signage, and pavement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, outcome-driven, and a collaborative team player.
