The trainee will assist with study setup, data collection and analysis, preparation of results for scientific outputs, and technical/application support required for research activities.The placement is structured as a 12-month PROTÉGÉ development opportunityYour Role:
  • You will be responsible to coordinate research activities, meetings and follow-up with research partners.
  • You will be responsible to support study setup, data collection, data organization and preliminary analysis.
  • You will be responsible to assist in preparing results, presentations and materials for scientific publications.
  • You will be responsible to provide basic technical/application support, including software installation and troubleshooting under supervision.
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during Protégé Program.
  • Clinical research project coordination.
  • Stakeholder communication and documentation.
  • Data handling and basic analysis; scientific reporting/presentation support.
  • Software installation and application support.
  • Basic programming/command-line skills.
  • Problem-solving and escalation management.
Your Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Postgraduates (MSc or PhD) in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, medical physics or a related field.
  • Good English communication and basic computer skills required.
  • Python/programming knowledge preferred.
