- Strong experience selling software or solutions
- Strong experience in either Payments or Core banking solutions preferred
- Experience in successful sales and complex deals/contract negotiations with major Tier 1 banks preferred
- Relentless persistence to overcome the challenges that face successful high performing sellers
- Strong collaborative skills with leading presales and professional services colleagues
- Pipeline hygiene using Dynamics to secure the support of FIS leadership to work with you to overcome sales challenges
