Job Description :Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments for new land acquisitions and potential business opportunities.Develop strategic recommendations to enhance the utilization and value of the Group’s existing landbank and property assets.Carry out macro- and micro-level market research, competitor analysis, and ongoing monitoring of property market trends and movements.Assist in the preparation of business cases, development concepts, and presentation materials for internal reviews and external stakeholders.Coordinate with internal departments to collect relevant inputs for land studies and project evaluations.Support the development of financial models, sales assumptions, and project viability assessments in collaboration with relevant teams.Assist in due diligence activities, project planning, and stakeholder coordination for new development initiatives.Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of all studies, proposals, and research findings.Requirements​Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.Possesses at least 2–4 years of relevant working experience in real estate development, land studies, property consultancy, or related areas.Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and provide strategic insights.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management or mapping software is an added advantage.Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a proactive, results-driven team player.Willing to travel outstation for land inspections, stakeholder engagements, or project reviews as required.
