Assistant Supervisor Warehouse

• Ensure proper sanitation and pest control within the packaging material storage area.
• Maintain accurate records of portable platform weighers and standard weight stones used for packing.
• Supervise general workers and oversee the issuance of packaging materials to packing stations.
• Verify that all packaging materials received meet required specifications.
• Coordinate with production personnel regarding packaging requirements when necessary.
• Oversee inventory management and proper maintenance of all wooden and plastic pallets.
• Ensure proper product identification and traceability within the warehouse.
• Prepare daily floor stock allocations for clerks, tally personnel, and forklift operators to support FIFO practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse records.
• Issue required packaging materials to relevant personnel as needed.
• Implement and adhere to GMP and HACCP procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
