Job Responsibility To manage a kitchen team in Happy Food Co. in producing F&B orders as per SOP, quality, and target time. To manage the inventory stock take including forecast the ordering, stock level, breakages, variances, wastages, etc. To lead a team of Commis in Happy Food Co. including the food preparation training.
