
Area Sales Manager - Asia

- Creating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organization and teams. Drive synchronous generator business development in Asia.
- Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.
- Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.
- Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering or commerce
- 10 years front end sales experience in motors & generators products and related system as a minimal, managerial experience in sales & marketing will be a plus.
- Good industry & application know-how e.g. for Marine, Energy (Oil & gas, Power generation), Water, etc.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot market/industry opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage effective working relationships at all levels
- Fluent verbal and written English; any other language used in Asia region will be a plus.
