This position does not sponsor a Work Employment Visa. This position is a 12-month Contract , with potential for conversation to a Permanent position. Acts as a Technical Business Analyst with some Project Management scope, to support the CMS Migration project (experience using the Analyzer tool on Adobe Experience Manager is preferred ). To bridge business and technical requirements, including stakeholder management, backlog prioritization and task planning. Will be working on JIRA, liaising with internal stakeholders, and collaborating with UI/UX, content and product teams. Supports content population, and helps create functional documentation so future users have clear guidelines and limitations. Must understand software development lifecycle and be capable of prioritizing business and tech requests. Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid project environments. A background in Telco or FMCG is preferred. Ideally, the person has experience in managing or supporting website migration projects, working with stakeholders from UI/UX, product, security, and content teams. Will be part of a team of 4 (currently 3), focused on content operations and migration. Needs to bring analytical and technical skills. Requirements At least 3 years of cumulative experience in project management and as a Business Analyst Telco / FMCG industry experience is a plus Vendor management is a plus Hands-on experience with content population in AEM CMS (On-premise and Cloud) Hands-on experience with breaking down and drawing insights from Adobe Best Practice Analyzer Report Proven experience with following through a product/project management life cycle Proven experience with high quality presentation of progress and plans Proven experience with operating in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment Participated or led a transformation / migration / change management initiative Familiar with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid Project Management frameworks General understanding of system, workflow design and software development & testing frameworks General understanding of system/product design, coding and design efforts Advanced software and tools Adobe Suite (Adobe Experience Manager (On-premise and Cloud), Adobe Analytics) Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) Visualisation and modelling (Figma, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Whiteboard) Microsoft Suite (Integration of Teams, Power Automate, Planner, OneNote) is a plus Please reach out to Cheyenne at 010 933 6445 for a private conversation.
